This young heartthrob could probably take a bite out of any woman at the beach and get away with it.  Although a bit overdressed in this pic, his talents are still pretty clear.  We’ll be keeping our eyes on him this summer – hoping someone gets a good beach photo.

2. Russell Brand

Seen here with cutie Kristen Bell, Russell Brand gives America a taste of his unique sense of humor, which is basically over-the-top, unabashed sexual energy.  But guess what? It works.  Whether he’s gracing the cover of Rolling Stone or frolicking with his new wife Katy Perry, this British comedian knows how to sell the sex appeal of a hot-bodied rocker.  We predict Russell to be the first comedian to be a serious hot-lister way past the summer season.

3. Matthew McConaughey

Long hair, short hair, who cares!?!  Tight abs and laid back charm make Matthew a summer fav.  Another perennial pop-up on hot lists around the planet, he seems to have something figured out. Guys, take note.

4. Mario Lopez

A dancer, a surfer, an actor; Mario stays active and stays fit.  Always at the beach and never far from a camera, he knows how to keep his beach bod year round. This blast from the past is still ringing bells.

5. David Beckham

We’ve purposely saved this one for last.  This Englishman always scores points, on and off the field.  A seemingly permanent fixture on hot lists, it’s clear why this one earns the honor every time.  With confidence, talent and a a rock hard body, David won’t be slipping off the hot lists anytime soon.
